Apple doesn't have much to worry about in terms of new competition for its iconic iPad.
That is the view of V3.co.uk US correspondent Shaun Nichols, who reckons people are not going to be blown away by other brands.
One tablet that has impressed is the XOOM from Motorola, which he described as being "pretty cool".
"I liked the XOOM, but I'm not sure if it's going to be enough to really take people out of iTunes," the gadgets expert added.
The US editor at V3 Iain Thomson is similarly upbeat at the prospects for iPads, but thinks the XOOM and the RIM PlayBook could give Apple a run for its money.
PurelyGadgets has iPads galore, as well rival tablets and laptops like the Samsung Galaxy.
