Mobile phones: Google reader app comes to Android

If you are using a Mophie juice pack to help power an Android-powered smartphone, there is good news coming from Google.
The search engine giant has announced the Google Reader app for Android has finally arrived.
In addition to all the usual features, the app allows for multiple accounts, synced preferences and a search function.
Harder to find features include volume-key navigation. This enables users to navigate by using the phone's volume keys as next and previous functions.
Hitting the menu key on an individual item, meanwhile, allows people to use the send feature, which integrates with other apps on the phone to send the item using any third-party app.
