Microsoft Kinect tops gadgets list

Microsoft's Kinect motion sensor controller for the Xbox 360 appears to have topped the list for gadgets as its makers say sales have already hit eight million.
Steve Ballmer from Microsoft said the product's popularity has exceeded his expectations.
But concerns have been raised that the Kinect controller is bringing about a return of the dreaded red ring of death on Xbox 360 consoles.
Mr Ballmer disagrees, saying there is "no correlation between the three flashing red lights error and Kinect".
Whether it is coincidence or not, the Kinect is certainly a special piece of kit.
The device literally turns the player into the controller, detecting a person's movements and replicating them on screen.
