Canon EOS 1D Mark IV Digital SLR Camera
£3699.99
Shot using an SLR camera with a 400mm lens, a photographer has taken a mammoth 360-degree picture of London.
The largest spherical panoramic photo on the planet, the 80-gigapixel shot of the capital's skyline would measure 35 metres by 17 if printed out at 300 DPI.
It was taken by photographer Jeffrey Martin from the top of the 36-storey Centre Point building on the crossroads of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road.
Shot over a three-day period, the picture was pieced together on a six-core Fujitsu CPU.
360cities.net, where the photo can be viewed, say they hope the "sights and energy of London have been captured here in a way never done before".
While perhaps not able to take such a huge picture, you can pre-order a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV digital SLR camera from PurelyGadgets now to take pictures of your home city.
