Canary Island Customers
To place VAT free orders please call the sales hotline. We need one of the following documents before we can make it VAT free for you: Tax ID number, ID number for Spanish citizens or copy of your passport. For more details or to place an order please call our sales line on 0207 473 6771.
Non-EU Countries
To place VAT free orders please call the sales hotline. Countries like Norway, Switzerland and Russia can also buy VAT free from us but for Norway we need your (11 digits) Personal ID number. For more details or to place an order please call our sales hotline on 0207 473 6771.
EU Countries (not including UK)
If you are a business customer and have a valid VAT number then you can also buy VAT free from us. To place VAT free orders please call the sales hotline.
Tax free shopping for Tourists
Travellers from non-EU countries are entitled to claim VAT back when taking purchases home.
If you wish to claim VAT on your purchase from PurelyGadgets, please call the sales line on 0207 473 6771. Items must be paid for in full and collected from our office in London.
You must bring your passport and return ticket along with your order number in order to complete your claim form.
