Our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, DHL and DPD. The orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days. The delivery charges are determined based on product weight and delivery location.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received and processed. We will also send you a second confirmation email once your items have been dispatched and inform you of the expected delivery date.
Shipping to non-billing address in the UK
If you wish your goods to be delivered to a different than a billing address please use Google Checkout for simpler processing. With PurelyGadgets checkout we deliver to the cardholders billing address by default but if you wish to change your delivery address, you need to place your order as normal and email us at support@purelygadgets.co.uk. You will be requested to submit a copy of your latest utility bill and a photocopy of the front of the card used for the purchase (only the last 4 digits need to be visible).

All European deliveries will be dispatched using DPD via Standard (by road) or Express (by air) service. These are secure and fast delivery methods and we are able track the order at any time. The delivery time is approx 2-5 working days from the dispatch date. Shipping charges depend on the destination country and the weight of your order.
